Has been a part of the corporate world for 30 years working with reputed organizations like TATAMOTORS, Hindustan Motors, Bata India and ABP Group in various functional areas like general management, human resource management and productivity services. He was the HR Head of ABP Group and has been an independent consultant in the same area providing HR support to various private and public sector undertakings. He has been a visiting faculty at various esteemed B-schools including XLRI, Jamshedpur. His areas of interest include productivity studies, operations management, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, leadership development and team building. He has participated in the turnaround strategy initiatives and worked as a team member with McKinsey & Co to facilitate change management programs for corporate sectors.
