Equipped with the degrees of BE from the University of Indore and Post Graduation in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Bombay, has 30 years of outstanding experience in companies like DLF, Bharti Airtel, Maruti Udyog and Daewoo Motors, P K Shrivastava. At present, he is heading the Group HR functions of the NK Minda group and is also involved in the key corporate decisions.
