Ravichandra Murty conducted workshops for faculty and students in the area of enterprise resoure planning systems (ERP) in January 2008. Probably he is the first alumni to come to NITIE and share his expertise with NITIE Faculty for a longer span of time.
He also initiated a joint research effort with NITIE faculty members
2007
N. Pradeep Kumar visited Mumbai and could organize a meeting of alumni staying at Mumbai in the residence of Chalapthi.
KK Kaul, R Mohan, KVSS Narayana Rao, were the other alumni present on the occasion. They could speak to Bakul Shroff and DK Guha over phone.
2006
KVSS Narayana Rao rejoined NITIE as a Professor.
